Bananas are a delicious and contains many minerals that our body needs, including potassium, magnesium, vitamin B6 etc.
It is one of the most fragrant and tasty fruits and contains few calories (a banana contains between 100 and 115 calories) making it a full snack mid morning or mid afternoon.
Another advantage is that they are excellent as food for athletes for their high potassium content.
This mineral is used (among other things) to avoid cramps, very common ailment after practicing cardiovascular exercise every day

The banana is a fruit that contains large amounts of protein and dietary fiber. The fiber creates a feeling of satiety. Moreover, no fat.
Despite being considered a very sweet fruit with a glycemic index (or glycemic) under because their sugars are complex and are slowly released into the body.
